Just like I mentioned for volumes 1 & 2, theres absolutely nothing like good drums. What I wrote before was a perfect description? ?When you hear that crack of a snare that turns your face into mud, or the thump of a kick that sounds like the heartbeat of a whale, it can be orgasmic for people like us. The bones, the skeleton of the beat. The driving force behind what keeps your neighbors mad at you at night. The shit is great.? Thats all true. It resonates with everyone who makes beats.

Ive been asked over and over when Im going to give the beatmakers a volume 3. And its crazy to me, because I never really thought that this overwhelming interest in my drums would be what it has been over the years. Again, I just have a folder...of good dirty ass drum sounds. Thats it. Its pretty standard.

Ive decided to continue the series and release a 3rd and probably final volume of ?Dirt In The Cracks?. These are just my everyday drums. Everything I believe in remains the same. Consistency, simplicity, and reliability through sound. I still gravitate towards these few hundred drum sounds to this day. Theyve worked from the start and continue to help maintain my sound.

Just like I said the first time around, theres nothing at all flashy about this kit, theres no gimmicks or reinvention of the wheel, just straight forward gritty drums for the common blue-collar producer.
