It should be noted that sometimes simple can be scary. In this case, you have no control over what Account Profile Fixer fixes so we suggest you make a backup or at least a system restore point. Heres what we do know; Account Profile Fixer will create a temporary admin account, reboot the computer and automatically log into that account. From that temporary user account, Account Profile Fixer will delete the broken user account, create a new one and move the data from the old profile to the new one, as shown in the screenshot below. In other words, it saves automates the process we mentioned initially to repair a broken user account.
