TCD Note: The Pre-2013 version of the plugin was compiled
in such a a manner that it is impossible to run on
CPUs without the SSE4_x instruction set, making it
pointless and useless, as is. TCD has fixed this so it
is a working release for all standard SSE2 CPUs and above.
