Drill Vocal Origins explores the unique combination of resampled old-world vocals, dark melodies, and gliding 808s that has defined the UK Drill sound. Discover a full collection of vocal layers, songstarters, crisp melody loops, lofi pianos and guitars. Find all original vocals with all the aesthetics of lost recordings or rare record finds.

We collaborated with a professional vocalist to record ancient and contemporary Greek folk songs, adlibs, phrases, and refrains, paying homage to the spirit of traditional melodies that have been discovered, flipped, and re-imagined countless times. As always, we utilized a high-end chain to capture a meticulously treated, equalized, and dynamic vocal performance.

We transformed and manipulated the performances into vintage-style recordings, sound-designed layers, and ambient soundscapes. All carefully key-tagged and locked at 140BPM, these royalty-free samples are perfect to layer into UK Drill, ambient trap, and RnB or to add unique layers to EDM and hard bass music.
