A deeply and exquisitely sampled Antique Japanese Chime Piano (c.1930s), captured to perfection with a stereo-pair of large-diaphragm Neumann microphones through a Universal Audio pre-amp.

We found this little gem hidden away on a back shelf in an antique store in Santa Barbara, California. Once we started tapping away, we realized just how special this little piece of history truly was. Solid-wood construction, hand-tuned tone bars and fully functional!
