Electro is our electronic rhythm orchestrator featuring some of the worlds greatest drum machines, all packaged in an innovative beatmaker with sound design controls.

Electro is a virtual instrument plug-in for Native Instruments free Kontakt Player, compatible with most major DAWs (Ableton Live, Logic, Garage Band, ProTools, Steinberg Cubase, FL Studio, Reason and more.).

Roland TR-808

The Roland TR-808 is one of the greatest drum machines of all time. This classic drum machine is renowned for its distinctive analog drum sounds, including the deep bass kick and snappy snare, which have left an indelible mark on the music industry. Its timeless design and enduring popularity have made it a staple in electronic and hip-hop music production since its introduction in the 1980s.

Roland TR-909

The Roland TR-909 is a legendary drum machine introduced in the early 1980s. Its celebrated for its analog drum sounds and distinctive kick drum that has become a staple in electronic dance music. Its warm and punchy sound has made it a new favorite of ours along with a host of some of our favorite producers and musicians.

LinnDrum

The LinnDrum is a vintage drum machine first introduced in 1982. It was celebrated for its realistic drum sounds and sequencing capabilities, making it a foundational tool in the development of electronic and pop music. It is particularly renowned for its iconic snare and clap sounds, which have left an enduring impact on music production. Moog DFAM

The Moog DFAM, which stands for Drummer From Another Mother, is a semi-modular analog percussion synthesizer designed with the ability to create massive kick drums and crushing snare drums. With its able and versatile architecture, it offers a wide range of sonic possibilities, making it a favorite among electronic musicians and sound designers.

Roland Juno-60

The Roland Juno-60 is a vintage analog synthesizer known for its lush, warm pad sounds and versatile modulation capabilities. While it is primarily a synth, we creatively used the synth to produce a full drum kit of sounds by employing its oscillators and filters to shape percussive sounds and experimental textures. This unconventional approach to the synth brings a unique character and depth to drum machine sampling.

Variety

In addition to our traditional drum machines and synths, weve explored a diverse range of analog and digital synthesizers, including the Casio SK-1 and Yamaha DX7, among others. While not sampled as extensively as our core machines, our variety category of drums offers an extra layer of depth and sonic character.

We created a wide range of 100+ beats for the BEATMAKER that have been inspired by some of our favorite artists, decades and styles.

Each beat contains 7 variations that you can easily keyswitch between, making for a total of 700+ grooves to get you started and inspired for beatmaking.

Each and every beat will sync up to whatever BPM your host is set to without timestretching or loss of fidelity!

HUMANIZE THE GROOVE

Between the Feel lane in the Beatmaker and the all-new Swing dial, these controls allow you to easily add a human touch to your grooves. Take your beats out of a quantized loop and into an authentic and natural groove with just a few clicks.

SAMPLE BLENDING

Unlock a new dimension to your drums with a brand new feature in Electro: Sample Blending. Need more low end in your LinnDrum kick? Blend in an 808 sample to fill it out. Want a little more snap in your 808 snare? Blend in some additional white noise from a DFAM snare. The possibilities are almost limitless when you use the sample blending function on the kick and snare.

BENDABLE BEATS

Bend the beats up, down and sideways with the Pitch Wheel and Mod Wheel. Reverse, time-stretch, and pitch shift your drums to create an expressive and elastic performance in real-time!

BE IN CONTROL OF THE MIX

Each drum in Electro can be individually routed to its own output bus in your DAW. This gives you total control and flexibility in the mixing process to get the desired mix and sound you want.
